Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer About the Company On behalf of a highly respected Entrepreneur, we are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Assistant to help this multi-award-winning businessperson run a company that is launching into new global markets and new consumer brands.
You will be the person who lightens the load and overall makes the CEO's busy life much more manageable.

About the Role The ideal candidate should have 5 years of previous relevant experience in a similar EA or PA role and be able to demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and be very flexible.
This is a hybrid role which also requires someone to undertake some office operational duties.
This is a company in rapid growth, with a new Chief People Officer coming on board, as well as several other hires; therefore, excellent collaborative skills and the ability to forge and maintain good relationships are essential.

Responsibilities Help the CEO run the company by acting as a 'gatekeeper' of sorts, ensuring they get to prioritize their workload.
Lighten the load and make the CEO's busy life more manageable by looking after their regular travel plans and coordinating schedules when abroad.
Work under pressure and be very flexible.
Undertake office operational duties.
Get involved in events (Product Launches, etc.)
to ensure the events team are sticking to the schedule.
Collaborate with new hires and maintain good relationships.
Occasional travel abroad with the CEO and to events nationwide/in the UK.
Qualifications It is anticipated that the role-holder will have studied Business, Communications, or Event Management; however, we welcome applications from those who did not but instead offer the experience required.
