About The Role

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer , you'll design and build scalable software solutions, mentor and coach, and drive technical excellence in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do Technical Leadership Architect, develop, and deploy high-performance software solutions.
Lead the full software development lifecycle, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
Stay ahead of industry trends, identifying and integrating emerging technologies.
Collaboration & Communication Work closely with product, design, and business teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
Clearly articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Foster a culture of collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and continuous learning.
Business & Product Alignment Partner with stakeholders to analyze needs and provide technical recommendations.
Contribute to product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals.
Optimize systems for performance, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
Continuous Improvement Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment.
Lead process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
Stay up to date with industry advancements and share insights with the team.
What You Bring Frontend Expertise Proficiency in React, Vite, and Storybook.
Strong TypeScript skills with experience in REST/GraphQL for data fetching and state management.
Backend Mastery Expertise in or NestJS (TypeScript).
Proven experience with REST/GraphQL APIs and relational databases like MySQL.
Solid understanding of AWS services (e.g., CloudFront, S3, Lambda).
Bonus Skills (Nice-to-Have) Experience working across the full stack with a product mindset.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and DevOps tools.
Strong background in systems design and architecture.
