Real Estate, Senior Associate - Dublin This firm has an outstanding reputation in Commercial Property and is looking for a Commercial Property Associate PQE) to join this highly performing team.
The team handles big ticket Real Estate work and continues to stand out in a highly competitive Irish real estate market.
Due to further expansion, they are now looking to recruit an additional Commercial Property Senior Associate.
The role offers an excellent opportunity to progress.
The Real Estate practice at this firm boasts one of the most reputable teams in Dublin and operates across a diverse range of sectors, handling landlord and tenant, development, and property management work for household name brands.
The team also acts for international investors, as well as household-name domestic lenders and developers.
The real estate team has excellent client relationships with large PLCs, offering an opportunity to handle a truly diverse case load of big ticket Commercial Property work.
The team continues to expand and is looking for a Senior Real Estate Solicitor to work with Partners in handling complex Real Estate work.
You will have the opportunity to work in client-specific teams and take a key role in business development.
The ideal candidate may come from a Legal 500 rated firm or smaller specialist practice and will ideally have solid experience dealing with clients in the retail and hospitality sectors.
