Our client, one of Irelands most prestigious law firms, seeks to hire an ambitious Real Estate Solicitor with 2-6 years PQE to its market leading team in Dublin.
In joining the team which manages some of the largest and most innovative property transactions in the country, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile deals ranging from €10M to €1B+ for top-tier domestic and international clients.
Solicitors on the team advise on a broad range of work acquisitions, disposals, leasing, development, and financing, energy, and infrastructure.
The team also assists on interesting property litigation matters.
Key Responsibilities Advise on major commercial and residential real estate transactions.
Work on high-value land developments and infrastructure projects.
Engage with leading landlords, tenants, and developers on portfolio management.
Provide support on real estate finance, secured lending, and investment.
A solicitor in the team with 2-3 years' PQE will be responsible for title review, negotiation and turning of transaction documents, and will be involved in all the client calls.
They will plug into the senior associates or partner on their team on more complex points.
A solicitor in the team with 5+ years PQE will run mid-market (€50-€60 million) deals, gaining exposure to large-scale projects, and checking in with the partner as needed.

Candidate Profile Qualified solicitor in Ireland, the UK, or in another Common Law jurisdiction with 2-6 years PQE in commercial property gained with a boutique, mid-sized, or large law firm.
Strong technical and drafting skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to handle complex matters and work effectively in a team.
