We're currently recruiting an ambitious Food Preparation Assistant to help us create exceptional food experiences for Compass Group Ireland on a full time basis contracted to 37.5 hours per week. As a Food Preparation Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving the kind of food that truly brightens our clients' and customers' days, all within the market-leading food service company in the UK.

Your key responsibilities will include:Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customersServing customers, ensuring they receive an easy and seamless personalised experienceBeing knowledgeable about the food service and helping customers with natural serviceRepresenting Compass Group UK&I and maintaining a positive brand imageHandling cash and operating the cash registerComplying with Food Handling & Hygiene standardsComplying with Health & Safety regulationsOur ideal Food Preparation Assistant will:Have a passion for delivering outstanding service, greeting customers with a smile and serving them with prideTake initiative and make decisions that are right for our customersBe an excellent team player with great communication skillsHave a desire to succeed in your rolePossess the ability to work under pressureDemonstrate exceptional timekeeping and reliabilityHave a safety-first mindsetAt Compass Ireland, our people are our business.
