hours per week Key Responsibilities Manage patient care to ensure the highest professional standards using an evidence-based, care planning approach.
Provide a high level of professional and clinical leadership Be responsible for the co-ordination, assessment, planning, delivery and review of service user care by all staff in designated area Exercise authority in the running of the assigned area(s) as deputised by the scheduled care Assistant Director of Nursing. Manage communication about the role of best practice in the triage of referrals Requirements Be listed or qualified to be listed in the NMBI Nurse Register's General Division.
A BSc degree is ideal, although a management degree is also preferred.
Five years of overall nursing experience, including three to four years of endoscopic nursing experience or a similar field Possess demonstrated clinical, managerial, leadership, and customer service abilities Proactive planning with efficient resource coordination Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Flexibility in work procedures and the capacity to inspire employees.
