Job Description

The Senior Brand Manager will grow the Spirits & Mixers Portfolio by developing the brand strategy for the Irish & Northern Irish markets, building brand equity, and delivering volume targets within brand budgets.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage relationships with global brand principles and implement the global brand strategy in a locally relevant way in the Irish & Northern Irish markets.
  2. Plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate brand and trade activation and visibility activities.
  3. Manage the brand budget and ensure all activities are within the budget while achieving volume targets.
  4. Track all aspects of the brand's performance, including distribution, sales, spend, SKU performance, and opportunities.
  5. Ensure all strategies and plans align with brand objectives and drive consumer and trade engagement meaningfully.
  6. Manage PR, event management, and media agencies through clear briefings, feedback, and reviews.
  7. Coach, guide, and support direct reports.
  8. Identify future growth opportunities and key trends in the Spirits and Mixers category.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Understanding of the FMCG Industry and/or Alcohol Industry is desirable.
  • 3-5 years experience in brand management, consumer marketing, or trade marketing.
  • Strong budget management skills.
  • Analytical, strategic, and problem-solving abilities.
  • A passion for building brands.
