Our Client is an International Manufacturer of Medical Diagnostic equipment and currently has a requirement for a Material Quality Inspector.
This is an 11 month contract role.
If you have the experience in the spec below, please include it in your CV.
The Role: Provide inspection support in the areas of Component and Mechatronic Inspection supporting manufacturing.Complete First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRS) and lot inspection activities.Support suppliers in helping deliver quality product to internal customers, through product & process investigations & evaluations.Support technology transfer initiatives and new product introduction projects.Be an integrator who will be comfortable with production related demands.Assess Supplier capability to meet quality requirements to ensure supplier processes are a fit with internal requirements.Check specification and tolerances when requested from either production or suppliers and complete the associated dispositions.Participate in design changes of component and assemblies to enhance product and reduce operator error. Experience: A third level qualification (Certificate/Diploma/Degree) in Quality Management, Mechatronics, Electronics or Mechanical Engineering.Excellent analytical skills, judgement and an understanding of statistical techniques.Experience in being part of a team with strong communications skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work in technically complex multi-discipline areas.
