Full-Time Beauty Lead Advisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate individual to join our team as a Full-Time Beauty Lead Advisor. This role is responsible for driving sales through an authentic passion for beauty and engaging clients by identifying their needs with a consultative approach.

About the Role

As a Beauty Lead Advisor, you will be the face of our beauty department, maintaining expert knowledge of top beauty brands, executing merchandise sets, replenishment, and visual standards according to Sephora at Kohl's standards. You will ensure an excellent overall client experience and inspire clients through demonstrating products and application of products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong client loyalty and influence clients by identifying their needs and suggesting products to drive sales.
  • Develop and expand knowledge of the beauty industry.
  • Provide credibility to the client through knowledge of products and beauty trends.
  • Inspire clients through demonstrating products and application of products.
  • Understand and execute the sales plans to support and meet goals.
  • Execute and maintain all Sephora visual merchandising and operational standards, including merchandise sets, tester maintenance, and department cleanliness and hygiene standards.
  • Ensure timely and consistent sales floor replenishment to drive sales and enhance the customer experience.
Requirements
  • Authentic passion for beauty.
  • Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence in a clear and concise manner.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally over 50 lbs. with a two-person lift.
  • Ability to climb, squat, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, twist, reach, lift, grasp, push, and pull on a frequent basis.
  • Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift (at least 8 hours).
Pay and Benefits

Pay starts at $16.05 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and growth within the company.
