Banking Solicitor Role Our client is a Boutique Firm based in Dublin City Centre, who are looking for a Banking Solicitor to join their growing firm.
This role is for a Solicitor with Banking experience to come establish and grow their Banking Department.

Experience: Drafting and reviewing finance and security documents.
Good knowledge of legislative frameworks.
Advising in relation to lending and security queries.
Advising on Company Law issues.
Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.
Proven experience of managing files and interacting directly with clients.
Confidence in taking responsibility for work requirements and client needs.
Proven ability to deliver high quality work.
Flexible approach to work.
Ability to work alone and as part of a team, be pragmatic and to stay calm under pressure.
Ability to prioritise tasks and to meet deadlines.
