They are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a large-scale residential development consisting of 550 apartments in South Dublin.

About Your New Role: As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the 550-apartment residential development in South Dublin.
You will ensure the smooth execution of the project on-site, coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers, and the wider project team to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring the project runs smoothly, on schedule, and within the allocated budget.
Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety standards, quality control, and compliance with regulations.
Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and according to specifications.
Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with the project plans, timelines, and budget, while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety.
Conduct regular site inspections, identifying and addressing any issues or risks, and ensuring prompt resolution.
Liaise with the project management team, architects, engineers, and other key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and problem-solving on-site.
Enforce health and safety standards, ensuring that all regulations and best practices are adhered to on-site.
Prepare and maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports, incident logs, and other required records.
Assist in the procurement process and monitor the delivery of materials and supplies to the site.
Resolve on-site conflicts or technical issues promptly to maintain progress.
What Skills You Need: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Manager within the residential development sector in Ireland.
Strong understanding of the Irish construction process, local building regulations, and residential design practices.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate and manage multiple subcontractors and stakeholders.
In-depth knowledge of health & safety regulations and quality management practices.
Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Strong IT skills, with proficiency in site management software and MS Office applications.
Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities.
