Senior Mechanical HVAC Design Engineer - Dublin Office/Project Location: Sandyford/Leixlip Employment Type: Contract Role, 12 month renewable contract Work Location: Office Based / Hybrid Rate: Negotiable for the right candidate Experience: 10+ years Visa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa required Our Client is one of Ireland's leading EPCm consultancies and a global player in the Semiconductor, Pharma and Biotech sectors.
We require mechanical hvac design engineers for long term contract roles Perform necessary engineering and design tasks to produce construction documents in conjunction with a team of engineers and designers.
Under the direction of a Senior Engineer, design Mechanical/HVAC services packages in Revit & AutoCAD.
Coordinate and collaborate real time with other disciplines such as electrical, structural, architectural and process to develop designs.
Follow quality and CAD/BIM standards.
Provide technical support and assistance to Engineers.
Perform quality review checks for 2D/3D modelling and Mech/HVAC deliverables.
Display strong communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with multiple deadlines.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Building Services/Mechanical (HVAC) Engineering.
At least 10 years of practical application of mechanical engineering and design, including HVAC, fire protection, plumbing, and related mechanical building systems.
At least 5 years' Design experience with mission critical facilities in the industrial/advanced technology sector.
Ability to work in a site office and conduct/lead client & design site walks in Leixlip, Co Kildare – 2 Days per Week.
Package Negotiable based on experience & qualifications
