Key Responsibilities:Provide support to the current project team by analyzing and interpreting complex data sets.Assist with data-related deliverables and ensure timely completion.Collaborate with internal experts in Data, Ops, Compliance, etc., to gather and understand data requirements.Identify, assess, and manage data-related risks and issues, developing and implementing mitigation strategies and monitoring resolution progress.Maintain effective communication with project stakeholders, facilitating meetings and providing regular updates on data status, risks, and issues.Support the project by providing data analysis and insights as needed.Profile Requirements:Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis (preferably in the insurance industry).Proficient in data analysis, data quality management, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and identifying actionable insights.Demonstrable technical consulting skills, including experience in SQL coding and understanding API applications, with the ability to adapt to and manage change.Proven experience as a subject matter expert positively influencing the way things are done.Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills, including the ability to interact effectively at all levels.Ability to address complex business requests in full autonomy as well as part of a wider team.Excellent senior stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted and strong working relationships at all levels of the organization.For more information and a confidential discussion please call Michael on or email ******.
