We are seeking an experienced Lab Services Manager to lead and oversee laboratory service operations for selected clients in Ireland.
This role is critical in ensuring the seamless delivery of laboratory equipment management, maintenance, third-party vendor contracts, and technical support services.
You will play a key role in optimizing lab efficiency and supporting world-class research.

Responsibilities will include:
Directing day-to-day and long-term lab operations, ensuring compliance with performance, safety, and regulatory standards.
Managing contractual service levels, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in laboratory services.
Overseeing budgets, vendor contracts, and developing strong client relationships.
To be considered for this position, you will have / are:
Bachelor's degree (preferred) or equivalent.
More than 3 years of experience in laboratory/asset management or technical services.
Excellent organizational skills and a strong analytical mindset.
The ability to develop teams of scientists and engineering staff.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop client relationships.
A full driving license is required for this position as your time will be split between laboratories in Dublin and Westport.
