WHAT YOU WILL DO We are looking for a senior expert in people/talent development, with proven experience in performance management to play a critical role in the refresh of our performance management approach at SAP.
In this key position, you will work closely with the Global Head of Talent Management to implement a refreshed performance management process and drive the implementation on a global scale together with a team of experts.
As a thought leader in performance management, you will engage with C-Level executives to provide strategic insights and subject matter expertise.

WHAT YOU BRING Demonstrated expertise in conceptualizing, building, and overseeing the roll-out of HR Performance Management processes in a multinational environment in a large matrixed company environment.
E2E Performance Management expertise: Strategy – Execution (not just execution/roll-out).
Proven expertise in people and talent development in large scale companies with demonstrated success in designing and executing talent development strategies.
Deep knowledge of HR industry best practices and emerging market trends with the ability to translate them into actionable strategies.
Experience in validating HR concepts with legal teams, and experience with works councils is an advantage.
Proficiency in handling complex HR performance related topics and developing innovative solutions.
Track record of successfully managing cross-functional, complex projects within a multinational environment.
Advanced communication skills, particularly in engaging with C-level executives and crafting senior level communications.
EDUCATION, WORK EXPERIENCE & LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS Master's degree or MBA or equivalent graduate level degree highly preferred.
Minimum of 5+ years professional experience as a performance management expert with multinational companies or top-tier consulting firms.
Minimum of 5+ years' professional experience in leading strategic transformation programs with senior stakeholders, from strategy to execution.
Experience with Social Partners is an advantage.
Fluency in English is essential.
