The Oak Room - Michelin Star Restaurant

As a Full-time Food & Beverage Host at The Oak Room, you will be part of a talented team that provides exceptional service to our discerning guests. Your role will involve welcoming guests, explaining menus, acting as a food & beverage concierge, and serving as an ambassador for the hotel.

Main Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet guests, ensuring they feel welcome and valued
  • Explain menus and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience
  • Act as a food & beverage concierge, providing assistance with reservations and table plans
  • Serve as an ambassador for the hotel, promoting a positive image and exceptional service standards
Requirements
  • Highly organized and well-spoken, with excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate, with ability to confirm dining reservations and manage on-the-day table plans
  • Naturally warm and engaging, with a strong drive to deliver exceptional service
