Lettings Manager 40k- 50k + company car, bonus, commission Location: South Dublin base, nationwide travel required intermittently.

The successful candidate will take the helm of the lettings department, nurture key client relationships, and play a pivotal role in driving continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the lettings process from start to finish.
Develop and implement strategies to increase property listings and lettings revenue.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
Ensure compliance with relevant property laws and regulations.
Conduct market appraisals and provide landlords with accurate rental valuations.
Handle negotiations, tenancy agreements, and property inspections.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for business growth.
Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the company's reputation.
Skills & Experience Required Proven experience in a lettings management or senior lettings negotiator role.
Strong knowledge of property management regulations and best practices.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
A valid Irish driving licence is essential.
