With a reputation as Ireland's premier specialist contractor, serving clients across Europe, this is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make an impact.

As the FC, you will have a recognised accountancy qualification with people management experience.

What You'll Do: Report to and support the Finance Director, contributing to the strategic development and performance of the finance function.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts, and other financial reports for review.
Oversee Group payroll, supplier, and subcontractor functions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team of 4, fostering growth and efficiency.
Prepare annual budgets, short-term, and long-term cashflows.
Collaborate with the commercial department to ensure project rate accuracy.
Align financial strategies with long-term business objectives, driving KPIs and enhancing financial systems and processes.
Experience: ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multi-currency, multi-jurisdictional environment.
Strong leadership and team management skills with a proactive, results-driven attitude.
Excellent communication skills, both within your team and across departments.
