Group Pensions Premiums Team Administrator - 10 month contractZurich Life Assurance plc is looking for a Group Pensions Premiums Team Administrator.

Your RoleAs a Group Pensions Premiums Team Administrator your main responsibilities will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:
Ensuring that pension scheme contributions are uploaded correctlyEnsuring all the required actions and controls around the contribution upload process are accurately and consistently adhered toEnsuring group scheme contribution accounts are accurately reconciled and recordedEnsuring scheme contacts are advised when contributions have been applied while at the same time requesting any outstanding informationEnsuring timely chasing of outstanding requirements to facilitate the contribution upload processYour Skills and ExperienceAs a Group Pensions Premiums Team Administrator your skills and qualifications will include:
Third Level QualificationStrong numerical ability is essentialExcellent working knowledge of MS Excel & WordKnowledge of pension scheme contribution process is desirableHigh levels of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to work in a dynamic team environmentBe well organised and capable of working to tight deadlinesExcellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work independentlyBe enthusiastic ambitious self-starterAbility to build and maintain meaningful relationships with all colleagues and clients.Additional InformationPrimary work location is Blackrock, Co. Dublin.
