Commercial Property Solicitor Dublin 2, Dublin (Hybrid) Profile We have an exciting new opportunity for a 0 – 3 year PQE Commercial Property Solicitor.
This is a permanent full-time position in our Dublin office, working Monday to Friday.
An excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor seeking to move into a great team and is presently inviting applications from suitably qualified solicitors with property experience, ideally gained in the property practice of a large law firm.
The role will be within the firm's growing property team on a full-time basis in its Dublin office.
The successful candidate will be a solution-driven problem solver with a strong work ethic and drive to gain great legal experience.

About the role: Managing a diverse caseload of Commercial Property clientsProviding clients with quality advice and guidanceDealing with all matters including sales, purchases, and the drafting of Licences, Leases, Transfers, and AgreementsDrafting statutory Notices under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954Undertaking research and preparing advice on various commercial property mattersActive involvement in business development for the Property TeamUndertaking any other relevant and associated duties assigned by the PartnerAbout you: 0 – 3 years' PQEExperience of drafting complex leasing, acquisition, and disposal agreementsStrong commercial acumen and client serviceStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to prioritise work and work to strict timescalesAbility to adhere to strict Practice Procedure especially related to filing and quality standardsWilling to work closely with other teams in the Firm on joint projectsDemonstrating a desire to continue your personal and professional developmentAbility and willingness to play a significant role within the teamProven work ethic, a 'can-do' attitude, and ability to work in a collegial wayExperience of using a computerised case management systemExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
