The ideal candidate will work independently while reporting to the Maintenance Manager, ensuring high-quality painting and repair work across multiple store locations.Key Responsibilities:Perform commercial painting and surface repairs, maintaining a high standard of finish.Work independently or as part of a team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.Ensure neat, precise work with attention to detail.Comfortable working at heights and using appropriate safety equipment.Work flexible hours, including outside regular trading hours when necessary.Assist with non-painting tasks as required within the maintenance team.Qualifications & Experience:Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial painting and repair work.Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver a high-quality finish.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Safe Pass and MEWP Licence (required).Proficiency in Email, Word, and Excel (preferred).Company Benefits:We're always on the lookout for likeminded folks to join our merry band of men and women.
