About the Role

We are currently seeking a talented Principal Consultant to lead business improvement consulting engagements for our clients.

  • As a Principal Consultant, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of client relationships and shape the future direction of OutForm.
  • You will work collaboratively in a challenging but rewarding team, leveraging your skills and experience to deliver results.
About You
  • You will have at least 8 years of experience in industry or consulting within the utilities, manufacturing, or construction/infrastructure sectors.
  • You will have a proven track record of generating a successful pipeline through leading business development activities.
  • You will be able to effectively manage and collaborate with senior client stakeholders, with strong technical project/programme management skills.
  • You will have a strong understanding of the UK regulated water sector, its policies, regulations, and challenges.
  • You will have knowledge of technical areas such as water treatment, distribution, and wastewater management.
  • You will have a background of continuous improvement using industry/business-recognised toolkits.
  • You will be able to shape and implement complex business changes, and have been responsible for leading client engagements and managing client relationships within a consulting or professional environment.
  • You will have exceptional communication, relationship building and influencing skills, with high levels of empathy and ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • You will be highly commercial and interested in contributing to business development activity.
  • You will have a passion for developing your leadership style, leveraging your own strengths, and personal values.
