Experience working with airports authority as well as retail and FitOut projects is highly desirable.
Regulatory Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of regulatory requirements and safety standards applicable to the Dublin Airport Authority (DAA) and the retail construction sector.
Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
Communication and Negotiation: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with high-ranking officials and key stakeholders.
Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills to assess and evaluate bid documents, financial proposals, and compliance requirements.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance in all bid submissions and project documentation.
Flexibility and Adaptability: Ability to work remotely and adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
Team Collaboration: Strong teamwork and leadership abilities to coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
