No worries: You can apply to work remotely from Ireland. We are looking for a Quality Specialist to join our Anti-Evil team within Safety Enforcement.
Anti-Evil is responsible for keeping Reddit a safe and healthy place for all of our users by applying the Reddit rules through content moderation at scale.
Quality is a critical part of our moderation program, ensuring our decisions are accurate, equitable, and continue to evolve with conversation on the platform.
You will partner with the Safety Enforcement teams (policy enforcement, data science, threat detection, and others) as well as Safety Engineering teams (tools), User Research, ML, our Community Team, and Trust Policy Team.
What You'll Do: Develop and maintain a strong relationship with our external vendor.Become an expert on our content policies and enforcement principles.Oversee the day-to-day operation of the quality program, ensuring alignment with Reddit's rules and content moderation standards.Own the reporting practices for the quality program, which includes managing large data sets.Analyze data to identify insights and trends to drive continuous improvement initiatives and strategic decision-making.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including other teams within Safety, as well as Legal, Policy, Product, and Engineering, to identify and address enforcement needs across the business.Monitor industry trends and developments in content moderation, technology solutions, and regulatory changes, advising on potential impacts and opportunities for the company.Who We Are Looking For: 3+ years of industry experience within Trust and Safety.2+ years in a similar quality operations or quality program management role within a content moderation environment.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio.Motivated and self-directed, demonstrated ability to innovate and bias toward action in fast-paced environments.Ability to communicate and discuss complex topics with expert and non-expert audiences; subjects can range from technical issues to challenging policy discussions.Ability to tackle ambiguous and undefined problems.Strong interpersonal skills.Benefits: Private Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits.Personal Retirement Savings Account with matching contribution.Family Planning Support.Mental Health & Coaching Benefits.Cycle to Work and Tax Saver schemes.Flexible Vacation & Reddit Global Days Off.Reddit is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to building a workforce representative of the diverse communities we serve.
