AIML Data Operations Annotation Analyst - Portuguese

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our AIML Data Operations team as an Annotation Analyst.

Description

In this role, you will play a central part in enhancing the user experience by annotating data that can be both audio and visual. You'll evaluate data from customers who have opted into the grading program using your language and cultural knowledge, analytical skills, and ability to prioritize tasks.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with talented individuals who are passionate about AIML and ensuring Apple services meet the highest standards. We focus on customer-centric solutions, thinking creatively about how users interact with our products and using this insight to drive improvements.

This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility to adapt to changing workflows and priorities. You'll work closely with international teams, leveraging your English language skills and cultural awareness to deliver exceptional results.

Responsibilities
  • Annotate data for use in AI models, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Evaluate data from customers who have opted into the grading program, applying language and cultural knowledge.
  • Use analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in data, informing product improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions that enhance the user experience.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to strict data privacy protocols.
Requirements
  • Portuguese reading, writing, and comprehension skills to support the language-specific market.
  • Fluency in English reading, writing, and comprehension skills to partner with international teams.
  • Excellent active listening skills with the ability to understand verbal nuances.
  • Understanding of local region and cultural variations.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and critical thinking skills in the evaluation of language usage and dialect.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to independently navigate systems and tools.
  • Experience in content review or a similar environment; prior testing experience preferred.

This is a 12-month contract position, working Monday through Friday with flexible scheduling based on business needs. The ideal candidate will thrive in a dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks effectively and meeting deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and accuracy.
