TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the Public Sector to recruit multiple Temporary Grade III Clerical Officer to join their fast-paced team in Westport and Castlebar immediately.
Monday to Friday Fulltime and Part-Time temporary positions available Month to month rolling temporary contract Rate of pay €16.32 to €25.71 p/h depending on previous verified relevant public experience.
Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support in the department.
- Manage reception duties, including handling phone calls, greeting patients, and managing appointments.
- Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
- Assist with the preparation of reports and correspondence.
- Schedule appointment.
- Perform general clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Complete invoices - Experience in IFMS finance system extremely beneficial - Handle inquiries and provide information.
Skills and Qualifications: - Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in using office software (MS Office, email, etc.
).- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
