Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day management of the hospice services, ensuring excellence in care delivery.
Develop, implement, and monitor strategic plans to enhance service efficiency and effectiveness.
Lead and inspire a dedicated team of healthcare professionals and volunteers in delivering compassionate care.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including healthcare providers, families, and community organizations.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, best practices, and organizational policies.
Manage the budget and financial resources for services, ensuring sustainability and accountability.
Promote awareness and understanding of hospice services within the community through outreach and educational initiatives.
Requirements Proven experience in a senior management role within the healthcare or non-profit sector, preferably in palliative care or hospice services.
Strong understanding of the challenges and needs of individuals with life-limiting illnesses and their families.
Exceptional leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and engage staff and volunteers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive organizational success.
Financial acumen to manage budgets and ensure fiscal responsibility.

Benefits Location:    Suir Haven Cancer Support Centre, Clongour, Thurles, Co. Tipperary Duration:    Temporary 30 Hours per week (Initial 12-month contract).
