This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a steady flow of high-quality leads and maintaining Salesforce organized and up-to-date.
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, experience in sales operations, and Salesforce.
Fluency in Italian is required, with Spanish as a preferred additional language.
This role is based in Dublin, Ireland, and is a hybrid position, requiring Tuesdays and Wednesdays in the office.
Key Responsibilities:Lead Prospecting & Generation: Identify and research potential leads through online sources, social media, industry events, and internal tools.Develop and execute strategies to build a robust lead pipeline.Collaborate with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with ongoing campaigns.Lead Qualification & Enhancement: Evaluate and qualify incoming leads to ensure alignment with sales criteria.Gather additional insights to enhance lead quality and support sales efforts.Implement lead scoring and prioritization techniques.Current Lead Tank and Maintenance/Update: Maintain and update internal system (Salesforce) with accurate and up-to-date lead information.Regularly clean and organize the lead database to eliminate duplicates and outdated records.Generate reports and insights on lead status, pipeline health, and data quality.Qualifications & Skills:Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 1 year experience in business development or business intelligence.
Language: Fluency in Italian (mandatory); Spanish proficiency is a plus.
Soft Skills: Excellent research and analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
Good knowledge of Salesforce.
Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite.
