We offer merchants an end-to-end payments solution that provides authorization and settlement capabilities, as well as instant access to funds and payouts. We also help merchants connect with their customers, process exchanges and returns, and manage risk. We enable consumers to engage in cross-border shopping and merchants to extend their global reach while reducing the complexity and friction involved in enabling cross-border trade.

Job Description Summary:
The Business Risk and Control Lead (BRCL) supports GCSC and SMB & Financial Services in managing business risks. Embedded within the business, the BRCL oversees risk processes, including identification, assessment, control evaluation, issue resolution, and risk reporting. This role also manages specific risk forums and collaborates with the Second Line of Defense to apply risk frameworks
Job Description:
Key Duties / Responsibilities:
Execute risk management activities within GCSC and SMB & Financial Services.
Collaborate with second-line partners and SME teams to clarify regulatory requirements.
Manage end-to-end issue identification, documentation, remediation, and validation.
Analyze FLOD testing results and present business risks.
Oversee incident and complaint remediation.
Maintain Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) tool data.
Assist with Internal and External Audit and Testing Engagements.
Review and interpret key risk metrics, providing insights and escalated risk reports.
Represent the business line in first-line risk forums.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
5+ years in Audit, Risk, Compliance, Regulatory, banking, or similar fields.
Experience in risk management, controls, and compliance, preferably in the financial industry.
Proficiency in risk identification, assessment, control, and response.
Ability to execute risk response plans and ensure adherence to policies.
Experience in navigating a three-line-of-defense model.
Strong control and process design skills.
Excellent prioritization, deadline management, and goal achievement in dynamic environments.
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership.
Ability to influence outcomes, manage conflicts, and handle large-scale projects.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to operate in ambiguous environments and adapt to proposed solutions.
