Role : Breakfast Supervisor Reporting to: Food & Beverage Manager Key Responsibilities: To assist the management team, F&B with efficiently and effectively control the departmental operation To oversee the breakfast service, buffet presentation and all operating stadards.
To ensure the smooth and efficient running of the F&B in line with the departmental SOP manual To ensure all departmental staff are able to carry out their duties to the standards as laid down in the standard of performance manual Ensure that the highest possible standard of personal hygiene, appearance, body language and conduct of employees is maintained by all employees in department To ensure all guests receive a genuine, warm, friendly, courteous welcome on arrival and during their stay from all departmental personnel To assist in achieving goals in relation to mystery audits and all customer feedback platforms To empower, encourage and promote employees to make on the spot guest satisfaction decisions To ensure all guest queries are handled promptly and efficiently To ensure all guest requests are met regarding room allocation and specification i.e.
VIPs, regulars, and groups & special requirements To maximize revenue, through up selling and additional sales, efficient recording of sales To meet with all group organizers and follow up on any requests or concerns To ensure all staff make follow up promptly on any guest request and ensure guest satisfaction To process all charges for groups and individuals efficiently To manage and control seating capacity without compromising standards Benefits to the successful candidate- - Competitive Salary - Generous subsidised room nights and employee rate discounts across Irelands TIFCO hotels* - 50% of food & beverage when availing of TIFCO employee complimentary & rate benefit programmes* - 25& off food and beverage in TIFCO owned properties.
