They will provide strategic leadership to the delivery of forward thinking, regulatory compliance, effective, efficient, safe and quality-assured services providing for a best in class service provision which is best practice, compassionate and data led.

The primary objective is to ensure that our services create continued improvement from the clinical governance information generated and that we are a quality improvement, regulatory compliance risk minimised focussed service.

In so doing, the post holder will ensure the provision of such leadership in accordance with the ethos and values of St John of God Hospitaller Services Group and that the organisation's quality and regulatory requirements are improved, adhered to, implemented and maintained.

Essential Criteria: Minimum 7 years of experience with a successful track record in quality and regulatory compliance executive leadership positions in services of sufficient scale and complexity.
Master's degree in a healthcare related discipline required.
Demonstrated success leading quality and regulatory compliance teams & managing quality programs.
Health service knowledge and experience that enables our service benchmark itself against peers.
Excellent organisational and time management skills and ability to plan and prioritise work while responding flexibly to rapidly changing priorities.
