About the Team: We count on our site reliability engineers to empower users with a rich feature set, high availability, and stellar performance levels to pursue their missions.
As we expand customer deployments, we're seeking an experienced SRE to deliver insights from massive-scale data in real time.
Specifically, we're searching for someone who has fresh ideas and a unique viewpoint, and who enjoys collaborating with our cross-functional team to develop real-world solutions and positive user experiences for every interaction.

About the Role: As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will oversee the production environment by ensuring system availability and maintaining a comprehensive view of overall system health.
You will develop and implement fully automated software and systems to efficiently manage platform infrastructure and applications.
Your role will enhance the reliability, quality, and time-to-market of our software solutions.
You will continuously measure and optimize system performance, anticipate customer needs, and drive innovation for ongoing improvement.
Additionally, you will provide primary operational support and engineering expertise for multiple large-scale distributed software applications.

Responsibilities: Gathering and analyzing metrics from operating systems as well as applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding.
Partnering with development teams to improve services through rigorous testing and release procedures.
Participating in system design consulting, platform management, and capacity planning.
Creating sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts.
Balancing feature development speed and reliability with well-defined service-level objectives.
Requirements: Experience working as part of a system engineering role.
Proactive approach to identifying problems, performance bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
Possess strong work ethic, self-direction, collaboration, and inquisitiveness.
Possess a strong desire to learn, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
Previous success in technical engineering.
Strong cloud platform experience (Azure or AWS) in administration and configuration.
Experience in the use and management of containerization and orchestration platforms.
Experience in the automation of infrastructure using code (Terraform, Puppet, Ansible).
Experience in the development of CI/CD pipelines and workflows.
