Oversee the development, implementation, and continuous enhancement of the capital planning process.
Lead and develop a team of professionals providing guidance and support for career development.
Apply sound ethical judgment regarding personal behaviour, conduct and business practices, and escalate, manage, and report control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Development Value The successful candidate will have the opportunity to collaborate with a large range of stakeholders across Citigroup.
The position provides the opportunity to deepen your understanding of the forthcoming regulatory changes in a growing and dynamic global bank while also playing a key role in shaping the bank's future capital strategy.
