In Barden, we are delighted to be partnering with a key client to identify an ambitious and outgoing finance professional to take on a newly created Senior Finance Analyst role in their ESG department.
This is a pivotal role in shaping the future framework for ESG reporting.
This opportunity offers a broad remit of responsibilities including building strong relationships with stakeholders group-wide as the business enters this new phase of reporting, efficiently capturing robust data across multiple entities, and playing a key role in the implementation of a new reporting system.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and influencing skills and have a genuine passion for partnering with business stakeholders.

ABOUT THE ROLE Develop solid frameworks to identify and capture data for reporting in a timely manner, ensuring robust control processes are in place.Build strong relationships across the business, providing education around the new ESG requirements.Partner with the business to implement automated solutions for reporting and monitoring.Play a key role in the implementation of the Group's new ESG platform.Successfully assess new acquisitions to ensure these are aligned with new reporting requirements.ABOUT THE PERSON Finance or Accounting qualification with a minimum of 4-5 years PQE.Exhibits excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.The ideal candidate will be highly numeric & analytical.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Motivated self-starter who enjoys working as part of a team.Hi, we're Barden.
