Hotel MaintenanceManager Clayton Hotel Burlington Road We have a fantastic opportunityfor a Hotel MaintenanceManagerto join the Senior Team in the award winningClayton Hotel Burlington Road.
Located 30 minutes from Dublin International Airport and a 15-minute walk from St Stephens Green, our iconic Conference hotel caters for up to 1200 delegates with 20 supporting meeting rooms and 502 guest bedrooms.
Objective of the Role Reporting to the Hotel Manager, the successful candidate will ensure the property is maintained to the highest possible standards.

You will demonstrate excellent team leading abilities as well as the initiative required to multi task in this busy environment.

Main Duties To supervise and provide general maintenance.
To supervise plumbers, electricians and other outside contractors to ensure that work is completed to a satisfactory standard and place of work is returned to order compiling with all Health & Safety regulations.
Lasie & manage any on site contractors that would be on site for any Capex projects.
Management of the team, including rosters & holidays.
To establish a duty manager SOP guide for any maintenance or health and safety issues that may arise in the absence of maintenance and be responsible for the full training of Duty Managers on this SOP.
Ideal Candidate will have: Excellent work history from the maintenance sector in large property (2-3 years ideally) Previous management experience managing a team Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and be standards driven An excellent knowledge of Fire, Health and Safety Have great relationship building skills with other heads of dept.
Flexibility in day-to-day job demands, remain focused when priorities and practices changes.
