This position places you at the heart of Manna's operational strategy, where your contributions will directly impact our mission to deliver a seamless, cutting-edge service.
The Ideal Candidate:Exhibits a strong interest in drone delivery and the drive to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.Demonstrates impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to strictly adhere to procedures and guidelines outlined in our Operations Manual.Possesses a keen sense of vigilance, always on the lookout for potential safety risks or unusual occurrences.Key Responsibilities:Product Suitability: Ensure that products are appropriately packaged and within the required volume specifications for safe drone delivery.Payload Preparation: Pack the payload into cassettes that integrate with our aircraft.Drone Loading: Responsible for loading the drone and confirming that the take-off area is free from obstructions and people.Cartridge Management: Oversee the loading and quality checking of all drop cartridges used during the delivery phase.Battery Management: Maintain a constant supply of charged cassettes, vital for uninterrupted flight operations.Availability:Morning shifts from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm and evening shifts from 3:00 pm to 9:30 pm.
