The successful candidate will assist the site team in implementing and maintaining the highest safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities: Support the Site Manager and Safety Officer in promoting a culture of safety on-site.
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of the companys health and safety policies.
Conduct site safety inspections and audits, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Prepare and maintain safety documentation, including risk assessments and method statements.
Deliver toolbox talks and provide guidance to site personnel on safety best practices.
Report and follow up on any safety incidents or near misses.
Requirements: Qualification in Health & Safety or a related field (Diploma or Degree preferred).
1-2 years of experience in a construction safety role (preferred but not essential).
Knowledge of Irish health and safety regulations.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work as part of a team and adapt to a dynamic site environment.
