Kitchen Porter

We are currently looking for a Kitchen Porter - to join the team at The Lodge at Ashford Castle.
Your key responsibilities as a Kitchen Porter include ensuring kitchen areas are maintained in a safe, hygienic, healthy and hazard free manner, carry out cleaning duties as outlined in cleaning schedule and complete daily/weekly cleaning checklists for all cleaning tasks performed, maintain all service and kitchen equipment including sorting and organizing and able to move, carry, lift objects following hotel's Manual Handling guidelines.

Have a friendly & outgoing personality Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter is a plus Be enthusiastic & flexible  Have good communication skills Have strong attention to detail Be legally eligible to work in Ireland Have the ability to handle busy situations and manage your workload effectively Previous manual handing experience is desired.
