Head of Cyber Security – Private Equity Head of Cyber Security opportunity.
This private equity company is scaling fast with their first Senior IT Strategy hires and has serious growth ambitions ahead.
This role will suit a Head of Cyber Security with ambitions to match, taking on the challenge of spearheading the security initiatives in this fast-paced organization, including projects such as NIS2 and GDPR.
Your mission will be to lead and grow a global Cyber Security organization and estate.
It is a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment with high-quality standards.
The IT environment is a mix of on-premise and cloud, with security, reliability, and compliance all of critical importance.
It is a Microsoft environment moving to the cloud.
Team leadership, stakeholder management, and strong technical skills are keys to success in this role.
You will also be responsible for building a high-class team of cyber security engineers from the ground up.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background along with exposure in a high-risk environment as a Head of Cyber Security.
Experience successfully managing Cyber Security in a fast-paced enterprise is important.
