The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, and Dataverse while being comfortable engaging with stakeholders and working in Agile environments.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement Power Apps solutions (Canvas & Model-Driven).Configure, secure, and optimize Dataverse to support business requirements.Automate workflows using Power Automate to improve process efficiency.Act as a client-facing consultant, ensuring business requirements are translated into effective solutions.Work closely with stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of technical concepts in a non-technical manner.Implement Power Platform DevOps practices using Azure DevOps/GitHub/Pipelines for solution management and version control.Contribute to Agile project delivery, working within Scrum teams.Support transition of solutions to IT SD teams, ensuring smooth handovers.Required Skills & Experience:6+ years of experience with Power Platform.Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps) and Power Automate.Experience with Dataverse, including security, access control, and data modeling.Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.Understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum).Familiarity with Power Platform DevOps (Azure DevOps, GitHub, Pipelines).Nice to Have (Not Mandatory):6+ years experience with SharePoint.Experience with PnP (Patterns & Practices).Experience with Power Apps Portals and Power Pages.Exposure to Microsoft ecosystem, including Azure Portal, AAD, M365, MS Teams.Knowledge of SharePoint Framework (SPFx), React, JavaScript, and PowerShell scripting.Understanding of SharePoint out-of-the-box features, permissions, and configurations.Ideal Candidate Profile:A hands-on consultant with expertise in Power Platform development.A strong communicator who can translate business needs into technical solutions.A problem solver with experience in solution management, security, and automation.Someone who thrives in Agile environments and can work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
