This is an opportunity to take on leadership responsibilities, working closely with clients, design teams, and stakeholders while mentoring junior engineers and overseeing a team of engineers at all levels.
Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and delivery of electrical engineering solutions across multiple sectorsManage and mentor junior and mid-level electrical engineers, providing technical guidanceEnsure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practicesWork closely with clients, contractors, and multidisciplinary teamsOversee project timelines, budgets, and quality controlStay up to date with emerging sustainable design and energy-efficient technologiesThis role is a permanent position, so job security is guaranteed
You will be swiftly integrated into the team and will be able to get stuck into managing projects and begin working alongside your experienced team
To be considered for this role, you should have: Degree in Electrical Engineering or related disciplineChartered Engineer status, or working towards chartership7+ years of experience in electrical design within an M&E consultancyStrong knowledge of Irish building regulations, electrical codes, and industry standardsExperience in leading and mentoring teams.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Dialux, Amtech, or similar softwareExcellent communication and project management skillsThis role comes with an excellent basic salary along with company pension, healthcare, and bonus schemes.
