Qualifications As a member of our supervisory management team, candidates must possess essential experience and knowledge in the following areas: Proven track record in a similar supervisory role.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational capabilities.
Comprehensive expertise in Food and Beverages, encompassing service standards, hygiene protocols, quality presentation, and beverage knowledge.
Ability to consistently exceed guest expectations and inspire the team to do the same.
Proficiency in motivating, training, leading, and developing team members.
Commitment to collaborative teamwork.
Fluent proficiency in both oral and written English.
