To be successful in this role it may be necessary to work some evenings and weekends and to facilitate reviews and supervision visits.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and support a team of caregivers, ensuring compliance with care plans and service standards.Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of client needs and satisfaction.Coordinate scheduling and allocate resources effectively to meet client requirements.Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client care and staff performance.Serve as a liaison between clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.Address any issues or concerns promptly, fostering a culture of open communication and feedback.The ideal candidate:Be QQI level 5 (major award) qualified in a Healthcare related field and Level 6 certifiedHave a relevant health or social care backgroundHave a caring and empathetic natureExperience within homecare/healthcare desirableHave an experience in service reviews, spot checks, care plans, assessments etc.Must have a full clean driving licence and own car.Must live in Ireland and must be legally eligible to work in Ireland with the required documentation.
