We're seeking a dynamic and creative Brand Copywriter to join our team at Hubstaff Blog. As a seasoned professional, you'll craft compelling brand narratives, develop strategic messaging, and ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Crafting compelling copy for brand creation and re-branding initiatives, including the development of tone of voice, proposition, target audience, and messaging framework.
  2. Defining and aligning brand culture through thorough market analysis and brand audits.
  3. Conducting in-depth research to explore brand perception and key findings, ensuring a deep understanding of our target audience.
  4. Evolving a comprehensive brand strategy focusing on positioning, tone of voice, proposition, target audience, and messaging framework.
  5. Maintaining brand governance and consistency in all internal and external communications, including websites, social media, and emails.
  6. Writing engaging blogs, articles, newsletters, and social media posts that captivate our audience.
  7. Proofreading and editing content to maintain high-quality standards, adhering to industry standards, legal requirements, and brand guidelines.
  8. Creating and implementing content strategies aligned with business objectives, driving user engagement and conversions.
  9. Collaborating with marketing teams to develop themes and campaigns, fostering a seamless and cohesive brand experience.
  10. Leading brainstorming sessions for creative content ideas, pushing the boundaries of innovative storytelling.
  11. Overseeing the development of tone, voice, and messaging across all communication channels, ensuring adaptability to diverse cultural contexts.
  12. Managing a team of copywriters, providing guidance, training, and feedback to enhance their skills and expertise.
  13. Maintaining consistency across all brand communication channels, adapting to changes in the market and industry.
  14. Working closely with translation and localization teams to ensure messaging consistency in different languages.
  15. Implementing SEO best practices, optimizing content for search engines using on-site SEO techniques such as primary and secondary keywords, title tags, meta descriptions, alt tags, and structured headings.
  16. Managing off-page SEO activities to enhance visibility, driving more traffic to our website.
  17. Analyzing content performance and implementing A/B testing for better engagement and conversions, refining our content strategy accordingly.
  18. Conducting regular content audits to refresh outdated articles and blogs, maintaining a fresh and engaging online presence.
  19. Updating website content to improve SEO rankings and user engagement, staying ahead of industry trends.
  20. Collaborating with sales teams to develop compelling sales copy and marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and email campaigns.
  21. Serving as the main point of contact for clients regarding copywriting projects, managing client expectations and delivering high-quality content on time.
