Job Overview: As the Branch Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our Tyre Depot, manage a fantastic team, and ensure that we continue to provide excellent customer service while achieving business goals.
You will play a key role in driving growth, improving processes, and fostering a positive work culture, all while maintaining the family-oriented atmosphere that sets us apart.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage the Tyre Depot team, providing support and professional development opportunities.
Drive sales performance and implement effective strategies to exceed targets.
Ensure that customers receive a top-notch service experience, addressing any concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Oversee inventory management, ensuring products are stocked appropriately, and managing ordering and replenishment.
Maintain a high standard of operational efficiency, focusing on profitability and cost control.
Requirements: Experience in a management role, ideally in the automotive or retail sector, preferably with tyre industry experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for customer service and ability to resolve issues with a positive approach.
An understanding of tyre products, services.
Full driving license (or applicable to your region).
