Associate Director Client Services | Expert in Talent Acquisition and Client Services My client, a fast-growing global FMCG business, has recently established an international supply chain function in Ireland.
As part of their continued expansion, they are now looking to appoint a Senior Manager – Global Logistics & Distribution to lead and scale their third-party logistics and distribution network globally.

This is a key leadership role within a dynamic global environment, responsible for implementing and managing third-party providers across new and existing markets to support the commercial supply chain strategy.

Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end supply chain operations from order entry to final delivery Identify and onboard new third-party distributors in global markets Lead the implementation of new 3PL partners in support of global growth Ensure robust trade compliance processes for all global markets Oversee new product introductions in collaboration with commercial and supply chain teams Drive continuous improvement across order-to-invoice and inventory processes Support system upgrades and implementations as needed Lead, grow, and develop the global commercial supply chain team Experience Required: Degree qualified, with 8–10 years' experience in global or regional logistics and distribution Background in FMCG or a fast-paced commercial supply chain environment Proven success managing third-party logistics providers at scale Extensive experience in setting up distribution networks in new markets Strong knowledge of export and trade compliance This is an excellent opportunity to play a critical role in shaping the future of a global supply chain operation within an ambitious, growth-driven organization.
