ReportsTo:Pool Manager ClosingDate:21stMarch2025 UCD Campus Sport and Leisure Ltd. is seeking a qualified, full-time Swim Teacher & Lifeguard to join our team.
This role requires a dedicated individual with excellent customer service and communication skills, who can work both independently and within a team.
You must be available to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends as needed.
Key Responsibilities: Implement operational procedures and national lifeguard guidelines.
Ensure the health and safety of customers at all times.
Maintain high standards of supervision and prevent accidents.
Conduct cleaning tasks and water chemistry tests.
Attend training and contribute ideas for service improvement.
Perform stock checks and maintain records.
Be flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements: Pool Lifeguard qualification (IWS/RLSS) with at least 6 months remaining.
Swim Teacher Certificate.
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role.
Fluent in English.
Desirable: Aqua Aerobics qualification, Lifeguard Trainer/Assessor, First Aid, Manual Handling, and Pool Plant Operators Certificates.
