Daffodil Care Services are hiring for Fulltime Social Care Workers and Relief Social Care Workers for our mainstream services in Gorey Co. Wexford.Who we are -Daffodil Care Services is one of Irelands leading social care service providers providing a range of services to meet the needs of young people and their families, these include registered residential and aftercare supports and services as well as community outreach.As a Social Care Worker you will work as part of a team that you will be responsible for the day-to-day activities in the residential unit and work in close collaboration with the Deputy Social Care Manager and Manager in creating and maintaining a warm, accepting and secure environment for the young people in your care and will play a key role in the delivery of the highest standard of therapeutic residential services.What we can offer you:Attractive starting salary package for our Full time Social Care Workers €39,567 - €42,895 per annum for SCW (depending on experience) inclusive of sleeping time and premiumsIncremental salary scaleTypical schedule of 2 X twenty four-hour (sleepover) shifts per week - can be a combination of sleepover and 12 hour shifts to suit the needs of the service.Employee Benefits:Paid core training allowanceHealth Insurance SchemeMaternity CoverLife AssuranceCompany Pension SchemeEmployee Discount SchemeFree access to any additional professional training offered by SCTI, Social Care Training Ireland e.g.
