Our specialist consulting team provides strategic advisory services on topics relating to crisis management, infrastructure, service design, operational and digital transformation including Electronic Healthcare Record (EHR/EPR).
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Healthcare Transformation Director to join an established consulting firm and work with leaders in your field to develop insight, experience and truly add value for our clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of consultants, developing and executing a business strategy, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and ensuring successful delivery of projects.
About the role: Work closely with the leadership team to define the strategy and goals, potential market and future of the Operations Transformation practice Contribute to the growth of the practice, by internal networking, and supporting new business proposals and presentations Assemble the right team from across Deloitte's Consulting capabilities to develop and deliver tailored solutions for our clients Act as key advisor on large transformation projects, ensuring the people aspect of the transformation is a critical part of our clients' transformation strategy and solution Establish processes that encourage shared learning within the team Support our team's continuous development of Operations Transformation capability through opportunities and training that foster professional growth and develop expertise About you: Experience in a senior leadership and client relationship role within a consulting and/or professional services organisation Experience delivering strategies and solutions for transformational change (digital or organisational transformations including technology implementation,operational excellence, organisational design, operation model change) Experience and knowledge of working in a specific industry, preferably any of the following: government, justice, health, social care, transport Strategy development and service design within health/social care environments Strong programme management and change management capability with experience developing a team with this capability is essential Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to client service excellence, inclusivity, and employee experience Ideally certified in a recognised change management methodology e.g., ADKAR Prosci, CCMP Ideally certified in Project Management e.g., Prince 2 or PMP If you believe that you meet most of the criteria above, we encourage you to apply.
