The ideal candidate will ideally have a strong industrial automation or OT/Infrastructure background and excellent problem solving skills.
Responsibilities Perform regular system checks, diagnostics and maintenance to ensure the DeltaV system operates smoothly and efficiently.Manage backups, patches and upgrades to ensure the system is updated and secure.Provide technical support and troubleshooting for DeltaV system users, resolving issues promptly to minimise downtime.Develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and system configurations.Analyse system performance data to identify key areas for improvement and implement enhancements to optimize system efficiency.Ensure the DeltaV system complies with industry standards, regulatory requirements and company policies.Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience in industrial automation.Minimum 3 years' experience in managing and administering DeltaV or similar automation systems.Proficiency in DeltaV configuration, programming and maintenance preferred.Strong understanding of networking concepts, cybersecurity practices and database management.Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with various stakeholders.
